1. Who you're dealing with

awardlanes is a product of Helios One Oy, business ID 3596623-5. When these terms say “we”, they mean Helios One Oy.

Our mailing address is 3075 Clay St, San Francisco, CA 94115.

2. Price

awardlanes costs $299 a month per brokerage, for up to 3 states and every user at your brokerage. The first 14 days are a free trial, with no card needed.

The first 10 brokerages that subscribe pay $149 a month instead, locked for 12 months.

Prices are in US dollars (USD).

3. Billing

Helios One Oy bills you monthly, in US dollars, through Stripe. You pay by card on Stripe's checkout page; we never see your full card number. Invoices and card changes are in Settings, Billing in the app.

Billing is not switched on yet. Until it is, nobody is charged.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel any time, in Settings, Billing in the app. Plans are monthly, so there's no contract to run out. After you cancel, we don't charge you again.

5. If we close awardlanes

If we ever close awardlanes, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it closes, and refund the time you've paid for but not used.

6. What the lanes are

Every lane is copied from USDA's public records and links to the page it came from. An award is USDA's contract with a food vendor, not a load or a tender: the vendor may already have a carrier, and USDA can change or cut a contract.

We cite USDA; we are not USDA. awardlanes is an independent product of Helios One Oy.
