DAT One broker plans are $159–$449 a month and show loads once they're posted. awardlanes is $299 a month and shows USDA's contract lanes, usually before the delivery window opens.

Of the 8,355 lane records we listed on Nov 7, 2026, 6,256 had a delivery window that hadn't opened yet. [1] Load board prices: the comparison below.

What's included

  • Up to 3 states

Any of the 48 contiguous states and DC. A lane counts when its plant or any destination is in one of them.

  • Every user at your brokerage

One price for the brokerage, no per-user fee. Invite emails to teammates aren't switched on yet.

  • Your states' USDA lanes

Vendor, plant city, destination, quantity and delivery window for each lane with deliveries still due, copied from USDA's award notices.

Texas: 862 lanes from 77 award notices, as of Nov 7, 2026. [1]

  • A Monday email, once it's switched on

The week's most useful lanes for your states, each with its USDA source link. Until then, the same lanes are in the app.

  • CSV and PDF export

Plant, destinations, window, quantity, contract and the USDA link for each lane, ready for your TMS or CRM.

    The CSV columns
  • Every lane links to the USDA page it came from

The award notice page and the solicitation, one click each, plus USDA's Bid Array spreadsheet when USDA posted one.

8,197 of 8,355 listed findings link a Bid Array, as of Nov 7, 2026. [1]

  • Wrong record? button

Report a wrong value on any lane and we check it against USDA's files.

What it doesn't give you

  • Truck counts or freight prices

Award prices are delivered food prices, not freight. We give the line count and quantity USDA printed.

  • Pickup dates

The record gives a delivery window, not a pickup date or appointment.

  • A load to book

An award is USDA's contract with a food vendor, not a tender. The vendor may already have a carrier, and USDA can change a contract.

  • Contact names, phone numbers or emails

Vendor contacts are not included today. You get the vendor's name, the plant city and the contract number, as printed on the award.

Every value is copied from USDA's records. Where the data comes from · 30 of 30 random lanes rebuilt from USDA's files on Nov 6, 2026. [2]

How the free trial works

  1. Step 1: Day 1

Your states' lanes and CSV and PDF exports. Only a work email, no card.

  2. Step 2: Every week

New lanes for your states in the app. The Monday email isn't switched on yet.

  3. Step 3: Before day 14

Settings, Billing in the app shows how many days are left.

  4. Step 4: After day 14

Book a call to subscribe at $299 a month, or $149 while founding places last. Online billing isn't switched on yet, so nothing is charged. If you don't subscribe, your lanes stay readable and exports lock until you do.

What brokers pay for other tools

Prices as each vendor's own page showed them on Nov 7, 2026 [3]. Most do a different job: a load board shows a load once it's posted, awardlanes shows the USDA award behind it. If you need both, use both.

Billing questions

Do I need a card to start the trial?

No. The trial is 14 days and needs only your work email.

What happens when the trial ends?

Settings, Billing in the app shows how many days are left. Then book a call to subscribe at $299 a month, or $149 a month while founding places last. Online billing isn't switched on yet, so nothing is charged. If you don't subscribe, your lanes stay readable and CSV and PDF exports lock until you do.

What does "per brokerage" cover?

One price for one brokerage, with no per-user fee, and up to 3 states. Invite emails to teammates aren't switched on yet. A lane counts when its plant or any destination is in one of your states.

How does the founding price work?

The first 10 brokerages that subscribe pay $149 a month instead of $299, locked for 12 months. It's the same plan. The price is applied when you subscribe, while places last.

Can I change my states?

Yes. Pick up to 3 states in Settings, Territory, and save. Your lanes follow your saved states.

What if I need more than 3 states?

The plan covers up to 3. Book a call and tell us which states you work.

How do I cancel?

Any time. Plans are monthly, so there's no contract to run out, and your saved lanes stay readable. Online billing isn't switched on yet, so a trial just ends: nothing is charged and there's nothing to cancel.

Terms of service
How do I pay?

Online billing isn't switched on yet, so nothing is charged. When your trial ends, book a call and we'll set up your plan.

Is there an annual plan?

No, monthly only. USDA posts awards in bursts: 43 of the last 52 weeks had at least one new award, but the 4 weeks before this one had 1 in total (as of Nov 7, 2026). You shouldn't prepay for a quiet month. [1]

Do other brokers see the same lanes?

They can. The awards are public records, and we don't sell a state to one broker only. You pay for the time saved: Texas alone is 77 award notices and 1,606 PDF pages (as of Nov 7, 2026). [1]

Can I see the lanes before I sign up?

Yes. Open the Texas sample or type your own states. No account needed.
